Checklist

# Project Readiness Checklist

Run this in the week before mobilization. A crew standing down on day one because a permit is outstanding costs more than the check would have.

A project readiness checklist confirms a fiber construction project can actually start before a crew mobilizes: locates are current, permits are issued, make-ready is complete, material is on site, access is confirmed, and the traffic control plan is approved.
