Notices and Disclosures
The things worth stating plainly rather than burying in terms.
This page sets out disclosures about how content on this website should be read: service descriptions are general information rather than warranties, photographs may be representative stock imagery rather than our own projects, and no pricing is published anywhere on this site.
Content is informational
Service descriptions, process explanations and technical guides on this site describe how outside plant work is generally performed and how this company approaches it. They are general information, not a warranty, a specification, or engineering advice for your project.
Technical content is written to be accurate. Where a specific numeric standard would vary by jurisdiction, by permit condition or by cable specification, we describe the principle rather than publish a number that would be wrong somewhere.
About the photography on this site
Photographs currently used on this website are licensed stock images selected to represent the type of work described. They are not photographs of this company's own projects, personnel or equipment, and they are not presented as such.
We consider it worth saying explicitly because contractor websites commonly imply otherwise. As genuine project photography becomes available it will replace these images, and project photographs will be identified as project photographs.
No pricing is published
This site publishes cost factors, which explain what moves the price of a project. It does not publish rates, price ranges, unit costs or example totals anywhere.
Any figure requires a written quote prepared against your actual scope and site conditions. If you encounter a price attributed to this company that did not come from a written quote issued by us, it did not come from us.
Claims we do not make
We do not publish project counts, footage totals, crew numbers, equipment counts, years of experience figures or performance statistics on this website, because we do not publish figures we cannot substantiate.
There are currently no customer reviews or ratings displayed on this site, and no aggregate rating is present in the site's structured data. When genuine reviews exist they will appear, and not before.
Where a page would ordinarily carry a specific credential, license number or coverage limit, that information is supplied directly on request instead.
Diagrams and illustrations
Diagrams on this site explain how a method works in general terms, such as the stages of a bore or the parts of an aerial attachment. They are not drawn to scale and are not design drawings for any project.
Depths, clearances and dimensions on a real job come from the permit, the engineer's design and the field locates for that route.
Copyright and takedown
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, contact us at hello@strillacommunications.com with a description of the work, the location of the material on this site, and your contact details. We will review and respond.
Formal written notice can also be sent by mail to Strilla Communications Company, 2174 Jungle Rd, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168. Including the page address and a description of the work helps us find the material quickly.
Raising an accuracy concern
If something on this site is factually wrong, we would like to know. Technical content is written carefully but outside plant practice varies by jurisdiction and evolves over time.
Email hello@strillacommunications.com with the page and the correction. Each report is reviewed, and the page is corrected where the report holds up.
Key takeaways
- Photographs on the Strilla Communications website are currently licensed stock images, not records of the company's own projects.
- The site publishes cost factors but no rates, price ranges, unit costs or example totals.
- No project counts, crew numbers or performance statistics are published, because the site does not publish figures it cannot substantiate.
- No customer reviews or aggregate rating markup appear on the site until genuine reviews exist.
Key terms
- Representative imagery
- Licensed stock photography chosen to show the kind of work a page describes. It illustrates a method or setting but does not record a specific project, crew or piece of equipment, and on this site it is never labeled or implied to be a project photograph.
- Aggregate rating markup
- Structured data that tells search engines a business has an average star rating from a number of reviews. Publishing it without genuine reviews behind it is misleading, so this site leaves it out entirely until real reviews exist.
- Cost factors
- The conditions that move the price of outside plant work, such as soil, crossings, surface restoration, traffic control, permitting responsibility and documentation level. Explaining them helps a buyer compare bids without relying on a published rate that would be wrong for most routes.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Are the photographs on this site your own projects?
- No. They are licensed stock images chosen to represent the type of work described, and they are not presented as records of this company's work. We state this plainly because contractor sites commonly imply otherwise. Real project photography will replace them as it becomes available and will be identified as such.
- Why does this site publish no prices at all?
- Because any published figure would be wrong for most projects and a wrong number is worse than none. Two bores of identical length can differ widely in cost depending on soil, crossings, traffic control and restoration. The cost factors page explains what moves the price instead, which is genuinely useful when comparing bids.
- Why are there no reviews or ratings on this site?
- Because there are none to show yet. Rather than display stars with nothing behind them, the site shows trust indicators that are actually true and omits aggregate rating markup from its structured data entirely. When genuine reviews exist they will appear here, and the structured data will follow at the same time.
- Why does the site not list project counts or crew numbers?
- Because a figure that cannot be checked tells a project manager nothing, and publishing one would be an unsupported claim. The site describes how work is done and what a complete closeout contains instead. Capacity for a specific schedule is confirmed at bid time against the actual project, which is the point where it matters.
- Can I use a diagram from this site in my own documents?
- Ask first. Diagrams explain general methods and are not scaled design drawings, so they should never stand in for project plans. If you want to use one in training or internal material, email hello@strillacommunications.com describing the use. The free checklists are different and may be used without asking.
- How do I report a copyright concern?
- Email hello@strillacommunications.com with a description of the work, the page where the material appears and your contact details, or send written notice by mail to 2174 Jungle Rd, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168. We review every notice and respond, and material that should not be here is removed.
