Checklist
Closeout Checklist
Use this to review a contractor's closeout submittal. If items are missing, they will be missing again in twelve months when someone needs to locate the plant.
A closeout checklist verifies that an outside plant project is genuinely finished: restoration complete and verified, as-builts accurate, bore logs delivered, test records supplied, footage reconciled, permits closed, and the whole package assembled so the project file can be closed.
