Frequently Asked Questions

What information do you need to provide an accurate bid?
Project type, location, approximate footage, surface types along the route, number and kind of crossings, whether the route is aerial or underground, restoration expectations, and the documentation level required at closeout. Plans or a route map help most. If something is unknown, say so and we will scope around it rather than guess.
How quickly will I hear back?
Most bid requests receive a response within one business day. If the scope raises questions, expect those questions first rather than a number built on assumptions. For outage or storm work, call directly instead of using this form so mobilization can be coordinated on the call.
Can I send plans and specifications?
Yes. The form accepts PDF, images, spreadsheets and zip archives up to 25MB. If your file is larger, submit the request without it and email the plans separately referencing your name and project location.
Do you bid work outside Volusia and Central Florida?
Volusia County and Central Florida are the primary service areas, and statewide Florida work is within capability for larger programs. Send the location and scope and you will get a direct answer about whether it is a good fit rather than a maybe.
